2.2 Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made less than 24 hours (1 day) before the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 15% of the payment will be charged. This fee helps cover the costs associated with the reserved time and resources.

3.3 A rescheduling penalty of $10 will apply if you fail to provide the required notice, and this amount will be due before your rescheduled appointment.

4. Late Arrival Policy

4.1 Late Arrival Fee: If you arrive late for your appointment, a $10 late arrival fee will be applied. Your punctuality is essential to ensure we can serve you effectively and respect the time of other clients.

4.2 Respect for All Clients: Each appointment is significant, and it is our commitment to honor the scheduled times for all clients. We aim to provide a seamless experience and do not wish to compromise the time of other clients due to lateness.
